INSUPAK insulated boxes have been developed to ship temperature sensitive products without having to use specialist transport. We supply them in either food grade white polyethylene foam which offers a high strength package or polystyrene which has been used as an industry standard insulation material. Both of these are 100% recyclable and reusable. We have a range of boxes which cover most requirements but with APM being manufacturers we can supply bespoke sizes in a range of options from white faced board, die cut, printing and double wall extra strong packs (minimum quantities required). We can even manufacture as few as 5 bespoke boxes in brown single or double wall corrugated board.
Our boxes are supplied flat packed taking a fraction of the space required for molded polystyrene boxes. We offer them in quantities to suite most users. We can supply as few as a pack of 10 through to pallet quantities. We can even deliver next day if required.
SORBA-FREEZE refrigerant pads are available, they are conveniently supplied either in sheets or on rolls requiring little storage space. SORBA-FREEZE doesn't melt or leak when defrosted, it is safe to use even in direct contact with food. They have been proven to perform over a longer period of time than other products in the market.
With the combination of INSUPAK boxes, bubble wrap and SORBA-FREEZE we can supply your complete chilled packaging requirements.

Designed to keep frozen and chilled products at an ambient temperature below 4°C*,
SORBA-FREEZE ice replacement, supplied in either sheets of 800 sheets pr box (12 cell sheets) or1200 sheets (8 cell sheets). They can also be supplied on the roll, 2 rolls pr box 60m long, 4800 cells pr roll.
